Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Better Cards is committed to making ComfortOS accessible to dispatchers, office staff, and field technicians, including users who rely on assistive technologies.

We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA for core workflows including login, dispatch, customer search, job details, and field job completion.

2. Measures We Take

Our accessibility program includes:

• Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
• Keyboard navigability for primary dashboard flows.
• Sufficient color contrast in default themes, including tenant-branded Obsidian workspaces.
• Responsive layouts for tablet and mobile field use.
• Automated and manual testing as part of release QA.

3. Feedback and Assistance

If you encounter a barrier while using ComfortOS, contact [email protected] with the page URL, feature name, and assistive technology used. We will work to provide an alternative format or fix in a reasonable timeframe.

4. Status

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Known limitations are tracked internally and prioritized with product engineering.
