Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels. Better Cards uses these technologies to operate ComfortOS securely and efficiently.

2. Cookies We Use

ComfortOS uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: authentication tokens, session identifiers, CSRF protection, and tenant routing required to log in and use the product.
• Functional: theme preference (light/dark), sidebar state, and locale or timezone hints.
• Analytics: aggregated usage metrics to understand feature adoption and improve performance. Analytics cookies are limited and do not sell personal data.
• Integration: third-party cookies may be set when you connect payment, accounting, or telephony providers through embedded flows governed by those providers' policies.

3. Duration

Session cookies expire when you close your browser or sign out. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you clear them. Refresh tokens and remember-me settings follow our security policy and rotate on password change.

4. Your Choices

You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent ComfortOS from functioning correctly.

Where required by law, we will present a consent banner before setting non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time through cookie settings linked in the site footer.
